Jamiesons Hut

Mr B and I got up at a reasonable hour (considering we didn't get to bed until 3.30 this morning!)

Off we went, car packed up, and popped in for a quick cuppa with CB and his family. Then we hit the road.

We drove for hours and hours, checking out campsites and not being overly impressed. There were very few other people around, so we pretty much had our pick.

When we wound up at Jamieson's Hut and found that there was no-one else there, we set up our tent and staked our claim.

A beautiful day and a very pleasant drive. Our holiday has begun!
