Green Garlic Rosemary Mash

If you have only eaten garlic that has sat and dried for a good length of time, treat yourself to trying garlic straight from the ground. It still has a pronounced garlic flavor, but with slightly less of that garlic "burn" when eaten. This mash is loaded with nearly a full head of green garlic, fresh cut rosemary, and plenty of homemade butter. Topped off with some young red and yellow onions from the garden, caramelized and slightly crispy. Yum!
