New skill, Knitting - Backblip

We're in Suffolk now with Mr T's #1 son and family.
The present we bought for B, one of Mr T's granddaughters,  was very well received - she'd shown an interest in learning to knit so I obliged - but had to remember how to knit, to cast on and off and do all the bits in between. 

Luckily the pattern only required st st all the way through, cast off on the ws and ...... I did remember, and taught B well.  She took to it like a duck to water and finished a Snood in no time - only trouble was her Father couldn't find a darning needle to sew the snood up which was a bit disappointing, but one will be purchased tomorrow and I've left instructions so I think we have a new recruit on the knitting scene. 

I might start again myself!
