Paralympic training in @WalesVelodrome

Tonight i visited the Velodrome in Newport for the first time, the home of Team GB. But unfortunately i couldn't go this afternoon to see them so I had to settle for Team Australia. Never the less it was a great evening and i am glad i went.

I did think at one point they were either cheating or trying out for Rollerball.

If you are in the area on Saturday I do believe team USA are training there @ 9am, go there, its great.

Also thanks for everyone for all the favs, stars and comments on yesterdays blip. But still no spotlight, should of got a dog to lick off the cream i think.
