Portland Develops

On our way to downtown Portland we passed this quaint diner with a massive development right behind it. Interested in its future (or lack there of) I did a search. There is a six building development on the works behind it, and this 90-year old building housing a  30-year old cafe is to be left untouched, surrounded by the 5-6 story new buildings on all sides.
Good plan, I hope they stick to it!
