Celtic Burial Mount

Trip to Hochdorf to check out the Celtic Burial Mount and Museum. Enjoyed the museum. The reconstruction of the burial chamber was particularly impressive. The mount had disappeared over time and was discovered and dug in the late 70. The grave was not robbed and complete. After the dig they reconstructed the burial mount. Apart from the archaeology we also enjoyed a walk in the winter sunshine and the wildlife.
