Tiny Tuesday Cake

A little bit tongue-in-cheek but this tiny piece of Mrs W’s Ginger and lemon cake is all that is left – sort of flying off the plate.  It was one of these hole in the middle jobbies, and the first time the ‘donut shaped’ baking tin acquired at great expense from Lakeland a month or so ago has been used.  Needles to say it was a 100% success and Mrs W has been told that she can make another one . . .
 
At ‘extra’ there is a shot from further back – doesn’t really add anything to the blip but I have 14 extra images to use up between now and Saturday!!
