A rarity

There was actually a butterfly in the garden today so I had to photoraph it!
I took about 20 shots and the final choice was between a close-up of head and antennae, one like this with the background more in focus or this.
I like the detail on the wing
This morning I went for my last pre-race run, I tried to take it gently but it seemed to be hard work so I slowed a bit, but I must have been going too fast still as my time was fairly quick.
I think I've reached my target of £500 sponsorship, and am hoping it will be more than that eventually.
