Happy Holidays.....

Enjoyed our lazy day at the downtown hotel with a late check out. As there was freezing rain we had to forego the outdoor skate at city hall and instead headed to the pool. My sweetie hit the treadmill and i donned my fairly new wet suit and swam laps in the hotel half indoor half outdoor pool. It was a perfect time to practice with the wetsuit as when i tried it in the summer just prior to Iron Girl sprint triathlon i felt unable to take a full breath and to regulate my breathing. It worked perfectly and i feel much more comfortable with it. After leaving the hotel we ventured in the the huge downtown mall to check out boxing day sales. We only ended up with Christmas cards for next year and more tea (yikes) for me. Our youngest son currently in Hungary gave us this beautiful ornament from when he visited Paris last year. We are now snuggled back at home watching the World Jr hockey games.
