Stafelalp

Slept like marmots today. Only up at 10am and out and about at 1130am. Walking up to Stafelalp (no jacket required) and back. Blip shows the view from Clavadel towards Stafelalp in the distance just above the tree line. Extra is tea break half way up.

A mix of fennel, orange, dates and fresh mint leaves as a salad first and then spelt pasta with a sauce made of fresh spinach leaves, small onions and cream, parmigiano and loads of black pepper. Sottobosco as a red.
