Best Christmas present today was the tiny layer of fresh snow which greeted us in the morning. Overcast all day and still very mild. We walked through the fresh untouched snow to Spina (for a soup) through the forest and back along the river.

Rest. Bergführer tonight. Brasato with Polenta and Amarone, a classic winter meal. One hour to get to Sertig Dorf at 5pm and one hour back at 8pm in the dark with rain/light snow fall (extras) after the fairly heavy dinner.
