The car doctor didn't have to replace as much as I expected but did more to make a sale more likely to go smoothly than I expected ........ and charged less than I expected.

Stopped off for a free coffee on the way home from the car doctor.
I was tempted by the Bird Of Paradise plants but thought better of it (SWMBO has a real skill in killing houseplants).

Started to reclaim my patio this afternoon.
The garden waste bin is now 3/4 full despite being emptied this morning.
