Very relaxed sprout prep

After a breakfast of coffee and croissant, a walk in the countryside, present opening and ringing relatives, DS and I pottered around the kitchen, whilst DD did most of the chopping and veg prep. Lunch at 3, pie, nut loaf, roasties, mash, parsnips, Brussels, stuffing, carrots, brócoli, cauliflower, gravy and a tomato sauce for the nut roast. Cranberry, mustard and mint sauce for those as wants.
We are still full.
