The Jogger

I'm working again today, but went for another early morning walk with my friend and the dogs.

It's a nice 4km circuit and easy to do before work. The boys had a great time again, but Louis was in a mischievous mood today and kept trying to eat horse manure and rabbit droppings!

My friend likes running but has been unable to do it for a while due to an injury, but she has now had the all clear to start back gently - just running for minute and then walking for two minutes and so on. So when I left her to get ready for work she said she was going to do the circuit again and try her run/walk routine.

So here she is, on her way - hopefully it went ok!
