Glow Sticks, Communion and Carols

Highlight of the day was our church's "more reflective look at Christmas with candles, communion and carols"; the exuberant one will be tomorrow morning. Can't say I was impressed with glow sticks instead of candles - health and safety taken too far, in my opinion. Look at the photo one year ago, to see the difference, not much magic in glow sticks, especially with the lights on.

Now a bit of peace, waiting for Paul to come back from his work at the care home, so we can have a simple Brazilian dinner together - maize cuscuz.
