We wandered out for coffee, whilst waiting for the slow cooker to finish doing what it does.

James had a sausage butty. A light snack before tea!

Dentist visit passed without event. No problem could be seen, full check up. Likely just sensitivity so now have to smooth toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth all over the offending molar, every night for two weeks.

Aside from that and eating an absolute shedload of crappy food today, it's been largely uneventful. Will need to go for a very long walk tomorrow to balance that out.
