Naughty

Just naughty.

Well, actually, it's also very very nice.  But above all else, naughty.

First time in a while that I have baked anything.  First time ever that I have made dark chocolate ganache.  Or structured a cake that contains two packets of Smarties.

It's so long since I had smarties that I was taken aback at the lack of bright colours - where have all of the additives gone???

Nearly ready - just got to finish wrapping presents tomorrow.

In addition to my other woes, i have hit my elbow on 4 different things today - the final time was on a heavy duty crystal vase, which I took a chunk out of.  My elbow hurts a lot.  However, it could be worse.
