This eveing I went to a talk on the £30 'Rasperry Pi' computer that's going to turn all our school kids into hotshot programmers, just like the BBC Micro did in the 1980s. The speaker also talked about the 'Ardunino' microcontroller which I can well see myself acquiring one for a play.

Earlier, I really enyoyed myself on the Royal Mile today and found it really hard to choose an entry for today. Technically this was not my best shot taken, as I should have used the flash to even out the exposure. However, I am pleased that she played along with my request to flap her arms about for a more dynamic look.
