Different world

I've been transported to what feels like a different world! We are in Abu Dhabi for a few days. First lesson, Ibuprofen can only be brought from an on site doctor from a locked draw. I asked for the painkiller, Chris was spoken to about my condition.
There are few things I've noted already about my sex in Abu Dhabi but I won't go into them here, it's fine, just different and I respect that.
