Dirty Slugs

Firstly can I say thank you to Booty for his fantastic judging and JazzyB for organising this year's Great Blippish (Christmas) Bake Off. I feel very honoured indeed.  

In the spirit of true prize winning speeches, I must also thank Delia Smith for her faithful recipe and of course my Mum for introducing it to me.

Thanks should also go to Google for providing the search engine that unearthed my inspiration.

Final mention must go to MrRoly for his assistance in aligning the holes and Eldest (plus BF) for their excellent icing ball rolling skills.

On to today - we headed off to Godrevy with my friend and her son.  We walked over to see the seals - I only photographed a small portion of them, the NT guy told us there were approx 100 - he has to count them and record the numbers!  After a romp on the headland, we picnicked then headed onto the beach where the boys made a beeline for the river!

A fall in the rocks brought the day to an end (no serious injury fortunately) and we came home to a fridge eat up and ET!
