Da Mornin Looked Promisin!

A really dark morning, but overall it hasn't been a too bad day.  Breezy at times, but dry all day :)  

I've been working in the museum office all day, and been busy scanning negatives from Eshaness area, think they must be from the 1930s.  There has also been more photo orders coming in, I'll hopefully be able to get them processed and posted before the Christmas deadline.  Met mam for lunch at Coffee an Keetchin, lovely soup :)  Tattie soup for tea, then ran friends to town.  Walkies with Sammy, and then off to work in the pub. 

The mornings are really dark just now, but they'll be on the turn after Wednesday :)  The sun was rising just after I arrived to work at 9am.  I couldn't see it rising, but think it would have been bonnie behind the old tenements.  It looked like it was going to be a bright day, but it soon dulled down again, but thankfully stayed dry :)  Taken out my office window, looking south from the Shetland Museum, Lerwick.
