It has come to this...

You can only sit, lie,shuffle, and crawl around a bed,settee, chair for so long and then to preserve your sanity you need a new outlook.  I've read the Sunday paper from cover to cover.  I've read John Pilger's 'Secret Country' for the second time, the History of Caledonian Motor Transport didn't turn out to be as riveting as I expected (you were all ahead of me on that one).

By all accounts my physio believes I am getting ahead of myself and need to slow down a bit on the pain inducing exercises, that was music to my ears and so I hobbled off to the office and started to rearrange my Country Music collection.

The room bounced to the hits of Lynyrd Skynrd, Blues Traveller, Confederate Railroad, Charlie Daniels Band and many more great music classics.

Then I watched 'Cool Runnings', a light hearted tale about the Jamaican Bob Sled team.  I'm cream crackered now.
