Looking Closely

I had a short but pleasant walk around the paths near our house today, which follow the field edges. There were flocks of Fieldfare and Goldfinch, Wrens, Dunnocks and Robins, and a lovely Yellowhammer. But  it was looking down into the hedgerow I spotted these tiny Bonnets. To clarify the scale, they are growing on a bramble stem.
