Kelvingrove

Looming like some gothic dream the extraordinary shapes and details of the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow can best be seen from the nightbouring campus of Glasgow University (where this morning I was announcing a new approach to student support along with NUS Scotland).

The grey sky seemd to set off the colours of the sandstone and tiles as well as the rowan berries, now bright everywhere.
