Shooting

Today was our works Christmas afternoon out. They have made us all attend unless we booked a day’s holiday but also want to cancel the shop floors holidays between Christmas and New Year. Seems a bit strange. Normally it’s a curry at the head office and some beer with a raffle. This year we don’t get the raffle as the scrap money has to go back into the business according to Nikon and we are off to Cluny Clays. This is a clay pigeon shooting place. Started off in an old warehouse and then we could try Segway’s, indoors in circles, Artery, air rifle shooting, the golf range or clay pigeon shooting. I wasn’t really in the best frame of mind, bah humbug and also not drinking. Tried the air rife shooting and didn’t do too bad. Only got to shoot at two clays due to the number of people there. Had a 50% strike rate. Collected Kilda and came home to get the dive kit packed for tomorrow.
