New hoose

Not mine, a friends. I'm helping her move. Unfortunately it's very close to exs, and I'm pretty sure one or both of my kids are at his house for 1/2 brothers birthday. I'm not asking.
Fortunately, it's also close to lots of friends, so I've been doing the rounds in between carting cartons!
