Instrument of Torture

The weight loss isn't going quickly enough for my liking, so got TJ to unearth this old exercise bike from the depths of the garage and intend to use it regularly.  I seem to remember saying this before and it didn't happen as it was kept in a spare bedroom and I just "forgot" it was there:-)  This time it is in the hallway right outside the bedroom door, so I have no such excuse!  Hope I can still walk by Christmas:-)
