Bread & Water

This is what we'll be eating for the next few weeks after the shock I got at the garage today:-)  I took my car in expecting them to find a fault with the steering which would still be under warranty, only to be informed that it wasn't the steering making the noise at all but the brakes!  

They had to replace the front brake pads and discs and I was faced with a bill just short of £275!  NOT what you need 10 days before Christmas:-(

We had a very long day in Dundee, which was enlivened by meeting a friend for lunch at the macmanus museum and who should be sitting outside but a Christmas attired Our Wullie:-)  (See extras)
