Midnight in Monrovia

Kate and I were home by ourselves tonight and finally got chance to watch the "Midnight in Paris" DVD that has been lying on the kitchen counter for most of the summer, borrowed, renewed, renewed again, returned, reborrowed and currently overdue from the library.

I thought the movie was OK, but not great. I liked spotting the places we'd been to and thought the plot was interesting, but could have done without Owen Wilson's constant whining. I thought Michael Sheen's "Paul was very "Keithesque".

As for my fellow viewers, Kate gave it a thumbs down and was engrossed in the laptop, and the four cats (look hard and you'll see all four!) sat with their backs to the TV!
