Torran and the Birthday Girl

Today was Torran's mum birthday so we took them both out for a glass of something fizzy and a light lunch at a local country house hotel.  Torran was in good form, crawling about the place and instantly attracted to all the Xmas decorations, the flashing lights and the shiny plastic apples hanging from the antlers of a stag's head (it was an ex stag).  He also tried to make friends with the hotel cat.

His mum was chilling.  Starting a new job, moving house and continuing to provide exemplary care for an increasingly mobile 9 month old takes a little bit out of you.  She was having a good birthday and looking forward to the holidays.
