ceramic Christmas tree

My mother-in-law made this ceramic Christmas tree probably 40 years ago and what I love about it is that there is a wind up music box in the base that plays "O Tannenbaum".

Today has been another dreich day with rain on and off all day long and colder temps than yesterday.  Yuck!  Didn't make me want to hurry outside!

I have found plenty to keep me busy indoors today and that is where I stayed except when out to spend time with the cats.
