The resident Heron

I went for my normal Tuesday trip to the river to get my Grandson to take his nap.
  And as usual the Heron was in its usual spot waiting for its lunch.
Wasn't much going on by the seem of things? It was busy preening its feathers.
   But while it was fairly still.I dropped the shutter speed to 1/20 sec.Hand held I might say! To foam the water over the weir.And still keep the bird sharp! Ish?
   And it worked.I took 4 shots just in case.And lo and behold they were all sharp!   lol
