Bart Simpson

I pass this pole so many times a week, and this piece of plastic always catches my eye and (from a distance) I immediately think of Bart from the Simpsons, Blaine and Aiden disagree totally and think it looks no-where near Bart Simpson, but maybe that is because they watch every episode so have had the time to get a good look at him, I on the other hand, cannot stand the program so usually just get a passing glimpse.

Or maybe I'm just going mad!!!
