Looking Up

Waited in all day but no run delivered - so same again tomorrow I guess!
Usual Friday opening and closing of the girls on the allotment - liked the fact this tree along the path to the allotment is still hanging on to it's leaves!
Friend has requested I keep her company whilst youngest goes to The Eden Project tomorrow - apparently I am more practical than the others! Which is a good thing as per usual youngest put out an ask on facebook as well as private messaging me and only 1 person out of 14 who saw it answered  - saying she couldn't as she would be on her way to London! Don't get me started!!
I gave Friend a choice of what I cooked for her -  tomato and mozzarella risotto,carrot and red lentil soup, citrus halloumi with tomatoes and sweet potato or fennel risotto with charred courgettes!She said anything but soup! People always bring her soup! Reminds me of the Victoria Wood and Julie Waters sketch!
