Vibrancy.....

We have had a very cool cloudy day.... good for a bit of gardening. However we spent two hours sorting out our irrigation systems. Maisie had modified parts by chewing the tops of some risers and biting holes in one section. It was satisfying to finally have the systems working nicely.
I spotted this bright cheerful bouquet at the supermarket this evening. I love the vibrant colours....great for a blip on a dull day.
This afternoon I was taking a break reading a book when there was nasty Earthquake. Of magnitude 5.5, it made for a frightening short sharp jolt. So far we have not heard of any reports of damage.
