les huitres

Pierre and I stopped in Nyons this morning as there was an oyster stand set up to raise money for the téléthon which is on tonight I think. Pierre had six oysters and a big glass of white wine :) He was in his element.

Then we called at the supermarket to get a few things to make raclette for us and the girls tomorrow.

The marché de Noël was on in Mirabel today so we called there for our lunch and a wander about. It was a gorgeous morning but had turned a bit cloudy by then so the stall holders were looking freezing!

Pierre's on nights so we got home and he went to bed. I waited until dad got to Les Pilles with the girls and we went out for a wee walk with the dogs, then into dad's house to sit by the fire and play Top Trumps :) The girls were copying the pictures from the cards onto dad's wee white board. They're brilliant at drawing!

We had homemade pizzas for tea (which Pierre came over for at 7-ish) and then watched Strictly.
