Parkrun Livingston

Started the day with another new PB at parkrun. Finished today at 21:14 knocking 27 secs off my previous PB. Don't know where that came from but I'll take it!

After that a 20 min gym boost before heading up to Beecraigs to pick up my 6ft Fraser Fir Christmas tree.

We then headed down to the movies after brunch to see the new Disney movie Moana.

Tonight L and I are going to the movie night at the Cricket Club to see the BFG whilst MrsT goes out on a gin tasting night with some other school mums.
