Barbell Bench Press

Today I was back out on the road with customers in Edinburgh which was nice.

I had a nice lunch at the Sheep Heid Inn which is over 600 years old before returning to the local office to catch up on some internal meetings.

Back home and after dinner L and I did some Lego before a nightcap at the gym.
