Post holiday diet....

...Starts today..

I heard that putting raw veg and fruit in little pots and snacking on them during the day is a great way to fill yourself up with out consuming too many calories... I didn't fancy that so much. Instead I made my own diet up, little medium pots of flapjack and chocolate cereal cakes were my choice ;) I'll shift that holiday weight in no time at all I reckon!!

ION: Elliot went to the child-minder today and the girls are off there tomorrow for some fun!!
