Full of beans

Today I was all happy and bouncy. I was zooming around all over the place on my afternoon walk and Ann said, 'Molly, you're very full of beans today aren't you?' Well I don't really know what full of beans means? Ann never feeds me beans so how can I be full of them?

I have to admit though...................... I was a little bit naughty this afternoon. I knew I was being naughty but I was having such a fun time. Do you want to know what I did?...............

…............We were walking through the 'Hermitage of Braid' and I'm always allowed to have a bit of a splish, splash, splosh in the burn but today when I'd had my splish, splash, splosh I got out of the water on the other side to where Ann was walking. And then I just trotted along through all the leaves looking for squirrels. Now this is all very well and good because I was keeping an eye on Ann so I knew where she was. I also knew that I could do exactly what I wanted because no way was Ann going to wade across the burn in her trainers. Ann was a bit worried because I hadn't had my afternoon poo and she is a very responsible dog owner who always picks up my poo! Anyway I met lots of other doggies over the other side of the burn and Ann kept having to shout over to their owners that I was with her and I wasn't out for a walk by myself.

….............And then when we'd walked the full length of Hermitage of Braid we walked up the path next to the Craigmillar Park Golf Course. I decided that I'd go for a little sniff around on the golf course. Ann was shouting at me to come back but I just ignored her because there were lots of bunkers on the golf course and I thought that there might be some bunnies about, but there wasn't!

…............The last naughty thing I did was....................... when we got to the top of Blackford Hill and Ann wanted me to pose for my Blip, I refused to look at the camera because I wanted to continue running about in 'happy, bouncy, full of beans' mode.

So this is the best we've got for you today. And don't I look old in this Blip. Just look at all my grey hairs. I've got more than Ann. Lol, lol, lol!!!

And now for a rant! Ann is in a bit of a bad mood tonight because she ordered a Christmas Tree online on Wednesday (not just any old Christmas Tree but a very tasteful, arty farty, white twiggy type Christmas Tree) to be picked up 'in-store' within 2 days. Is our Christmas Tree 'in-store'? It is not! Apparently the shop is experiencing a high level of orders. Not our problem. It is Christmas after all. Duh! We have friends coming round for dinner tomorrow night and Ann wanted the flat to look all festive and Christmassy. Doesn't look like it's going to happen now because even if we do get a message saying our Christmas Tree can be picked up tomorrow we haven't got time to do it because Ann has to go to work and I still have to have my two walks. Seriously not happy! Grrrrrrr........
