Weather App says RAIN

.............................Weather app was wrong???

RAIN, WIND, GALES, this afternoon.  It was horrible on my afternoon walk.

Could RANT forever about 'weather apps' but won’t because I am a very gorgeous non-ranting little collie that just Blips about mundane stuff!!!
