Candice is in residence across the street this weekend and she leads the lad a merry dance.
Very feisty and standoffish I know when she's in town because there is a bounce in his step, a perk of the ears and a longing gaze down the long and dusty driveway.
If he's not on the lead he is lost to the siren yap song and off down that driveway 'flat out like a lizard drinking' ...and a very reluctant returner to home!
