Craftsmanship

I had a more normal day today, with Citizens Advice in the morning and a meeting with the accountant to consider our end of year accounts in the afternoon.  No bad news I am pleased to say which is good at a time when trading is not easy.  I set up this clock on test and admired the hands.  These would have been hand made with a piecing saw and then decorated with scribes and punches.  They didn't used to cost their time in those days!
