Steps and Wine

A lovely sunny day brought us out on to the front steps to drink wine after our Sunday curry at lunchtime today. It was actually much warmer outside than in, since our central heating boiler packed in last week. Whoever serviced it for the previous owners had replaced the diffuser valve with the wrong part, burning out the inside of the boiler and almost setting it on fire. The new boiler arrives tomorrow and will, with luck, be up and running by Wednesday.
