Toussaint
Went out for a run today across the flood plains of the Dordogne River, and came across this fisherman quietly enjoying the sunshine on Toussaint, when traditionally the French place flowers on the graves of loved ones. This year's holiday has been blessed with the most wonderful weather - cold overnight, but rising to the early twenties during the day. Just a few paces away, along the river bank, lay a sunken wooden boat (today's extra) - a common and traditional sight along the banks of the Dordogne.
