Brigadoon? No, Hathersage.

I've been making Christmas wreaths at Longshaw today. Christmas tree sales started too, so it's been a busy day there. It was pretty misty all day, and although it kept threatening to burn off, it wasn't till around 2 pm that the sun finally broke through and we had some fantastic light. (see extras) As I set of home, I realised that the mist hadn't burned off lower down the valley, so I drove home along a higher level route. The area above Hathersage is always popular with climbers, walkers etc, but today, it seemed the entire world had congregated up there to see this spectacular sight.
