A Real (but fleeting) Taste Of Summer
The second summery day in a row dawned today. After a pub lunch we took folding chairs to Abington Park where a rock group (in the old bandstand) played hits from the 60s to the 90s.
As you can see here, I was focussed (hee hee) on my icecream which was rapidly melting in the 25C warmth. Probably just as well, for 5 minutes later the heavens opened and everyone scattered. Oh well, good while it lasted (the sunshine and the icecream).
