A new form of torture

The most significant news of the day is that I did not vomit in front of strangers. That's me for the win in my first ever Spinning class then. And if you're wondering about the lighting it takes the form of a silent disco which has the excellent advantage of being able to use the volume button to cut out pain sensors like a tens machine.

I'm sure other stuff happened today but the lack of blood is preventing my brain from functioning....

I do remember a looooong phone call with the bank to recover nearly £500 worth of fraudulent transactions.

And huge relief at making it through the Hounslow Council parking ticket maze to renew our parking permit.

And everything else is a blank.

Must be time for bed.
