Frost walk

Couldn't resist a frost walk after my previous fog walk. The light was generally a little too harsh for the imagery I'm currently enjoying making, but in the shade, where the sun couldn't defrost my subject matter everything was cool. Very cool.

I love the way frost picks out the structure of things and adds it's own texture. It picks out just the right details, and helps contrast my suburban ( strictly speaking it's a dormitory town I guess, but I think of it as suburban) with the cultivated "nature" we need to stay halfway sane. This is a theme I'll be coming back to.
