Pizza Express

Got an invitation to an evening of tasting their new Christmas menu.
It was amazing. We started with a glass of prosecco then moved onto food. We got two starters to try. A seafood pate with warm bread and beef croquettes with a dip.
Then 3 pizzas, cauliflower cheese, cauliflower cheese with pancetta and a hog roast one.
Then 3 desserts. Chocolate orange proffiteroles, panetonne cheesecake and doughballs with a butter icing dip.
It was all so nice. The drinks were on the house also.
I only thought it would last a hour or two but 3 and a half hours later it ended.

All that was asked of us was to donate to MacMillan nurses as they pledge to earn 2 million for them over the next four years.
